This is a series of photographs taken with a digital SLR camera. They show the reflected images seen in the viewfinder of old twin-lens reflex cameras, including a 1950s Argus Argoflex Seventy-Five, a 1940s Spartus Full-Vue, a Kodak Brownie Starflex, a 1936 German Voigtländer, and a 1954 Anscoflex II.

A thrumming hub of flurried activity, Grand Central, for me, is the focal point of Manhattan. Many of these photos were taken while I commuted from two hours away; I'm planning to include some of these in an upcoming show about finding beauty on the way to work.
